The time has come to forget about the shoulds and the list of things of am supposed to do and be.

The time has come to settle in and say yes to the strong breath moving through my body. Yes, to the dance that wants to sink its feet into the earth and reach its arms into the stars and beyond.

The time has come to walk to the edge with eyes wide open and leap into longing and desire.

The time has come to sing the song that wants to be sung, crying from the rooftops with the wind,

The time has come to know my name and calling, tell my story, and sing my praises.

The time has come to gather my people and dream a new dream.

The time has come to listen to the elders and the children, the four-leggeds and the flying ones, the plants and the rock people.

The time has come to remember that we are held in the lines of love when it is dark, when we are lost, when we return to the light, and when we remember.

The time has come to love and to know that that is all there is.

THE TIME HAS COME!
